DHL lost my parcel and each time I was in touch with Dried Flowers about it they chased it up and were in touch with me within 30mins. When I eventually received my parcel it had been damaged in transit, I sent photos to Dried Flowers and, again, had a response from them in a very short time. They are replacing the flowers.
I would thoroughly recommend them as this type of customer service is brilliant.
